The problem with naming something a Brie Baker is that it can evoke the following reactions:
a) That sounds fancy and I don’t entertain. (PS: It is easy, but tastes fancy)
b) I am lactose intolerant.
c) Do you know how many grams of fat are in brie?
d) All of the above.
Think of it instead as a Small Baking Dish, perfect for serving a small side dish. I have one that I microwave my leftovers in nearly every day, so I can enjoy them for lunch. It makes a great hostess gift and also comes with a recipe card.
